Howard Sandcliffe Investments (HSi) is a partnership between The Howard Group and Sandcliffe Investments. The relationship was established in 2006 and has access to over £40m of investment capital.

HSi specialises in acquiring medium-sized, profitable and established businesses in the building sector. Typically, we acquire companies which are valued at between £5m and £10m and have the vision to expand.

Since 2006, HSi has acquired A T Jones of Fareham, Adex Interiors, Hemel Hempstead and Fenland Roofing in Cambridge. Over this period, the businesses have grown considerably and are considered leaders in their respective fields.

Each business operates as an autonomous unit but uses the enlarged size of the HSi Group to develop relationships offering clients a wider range of solutions. Combined size also enables HSi to secure more attractive packages from suppliers and offer employees a more progressive career structure.
